The design of this building is centered on the concept of a "Creative Valley." Drawing inspiration from the entrepreneurial spirit of Silicon Valley, we transformed the architectural form into a valley where ideas converge, breaking the boundaries between academia and industry to foster dialogue among students, professors, and industry professionals.

In a post-pandemic era, we remain committed to giving architecture the "ability to breathe." Through a series of staggered terraces and spaces that seamlessly transition between interior and exterior, we have broken the constraints of the traditional enclosed office tower. Simultaneously, we prioritized the building’s relationship with its neighborhood, extending the ground floor into the streetscape. It serves as an innovative lab for industry and academia by day, and a shared platform for local residents to gather and connect by night and on weekends.

This is more than a functional office tower; it is a vibrant cultural node where ideas flow, collide, and take unexpected turns—a symbol of the university stepping into the city to engage with future industries.

這座建築以「創意谷（Creative Valley）」為核心構思，靈感汲取自矽谷的創業精神，將建築形體轉化為匯聚思想的山谷，打破校園與產業的邊界，讓學生、教授與業界人才在此碰撞對話。

即便步入後疫情時代，我們仍堅持賦予建築「呼吸的能力」，透過錯落的陽台與室內外穿梭的場域，打破封閉塔樓的限制；同時，我們更在意建築與鄰里的共處，讓一樓空間成為街道的延伸，白天是創新的實驗場，夜晚則是市民共享的平台。這不只是一座功能性的辦公塔樓，更是一個讓思想流動、跳 Tone 且充滿生命力的文化節點，象徵著大學走入城市，與未來產業並肩前行。
