As the clients were re-building their long-established brand in the construcion business, they also wanted to have new a vision for the office. with hybrid office culture on the rise, hospitality and versatility became key drivers alongside how to create a lively and collaborative workplace.

We designed the office to be similar to a coffee shop with an open gourmet kitchen as the heart of the space for their in-house chef/barista.

Using aesthetic hints from construction sites such as the PVC pipe wall, reinforcement steel shelving, and unfinished concrete countertops, our team created a space with a casual feel while maintaining an unexpected quality and paying homage to the company’s roots.

當一個深耕多年的營建品牌，決定重新出發，不只是在品牌形象上轉變，更希望讓辦公空間說出新的故事。這次的業主希望這個空間能真正體現他們未來的願景，一個有活力、有溫度，能讓人交流、也能靜下來專注的所在。

隨著混合辦公文化越來越普遍，我們不再把辦公室視為「工作」的單一場域，而是一個能待人接物、激發協作、促進靈感流動的空間。因此，我們將整體空間的核心，設計成一個像「咖啡館」般的開放廚房，內部的主廚與咖啡師每天為團隊創造味覺的驚喜，也成為日常交流最自然的媒介。

有趣的是，這是一間營建公司，我們決定從他們最熟悉的語彙出發，借用工地現場的語境：用 PVC 管牆做出空間界定、以鋼筋層架構成展示與收納的骨架，甚至混凝土檯面也保留了最原始的質地—沒有上漆、沒有多餘修飾，這樣直接的語彙反而成為最有力量的表達。

這些元素原本屬於工地，卻在這裡被轉譯成辦公場景的一部分，在保有輕鬆氛圍的同時，也向他們的根本致敬—建造，是他們的專業，也是這個空間最核心的靈魂。
