Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI), Taiwan Power Company, SSelectLab, and we worked together to drive public service innovation through design power.

We surveyed all service centers in Taiwan and divided them into three groups: metropolitan areas, suburban areas, and rural and remote islands. We used the Keelung District branch as a demonstration site.

The vision for this master project was to transform the service center into a place for knowledge and information exchange, create a service experience that meets the needs of future users, and use modular service facilities to establish a design that can be flexibly adjusted, applied, and implemented according to local conditions.

我們和台灣設計研究院（TDRI）、台電公司、選選研一起合作，希望透過設計的力量，推動公共服務的創新。這不只是空間改造，更像是一次公共服務的再想像。

這次我們實際踏查了全台灣所有的服務中心，根據不同地區的樣貌，劃分成都會區、郊區，以及偏鄉與離島三種類型，最後選擇基隆區營業處作為第一個示範據點。

我們的想像是：服務中心不再只是繳費、辦理業務的地方，而是一個知識與資訊交流的平台，是可以回應未來生活需求的場域。我們試著導入模組化的服務設施，讓空間能根據不同地區的條件被靈活調整、實踐，建構出一個以「人」為本的服務設計模式。
