inspired by the interaction between light and matter, we reflected on the core principles of optoelectronic technology where our client is from. By exploring the physical properties of light, the design incorporates optical lines, refractive elements, and dynamic shadows as central themes. Transparent glass surfaces, skewed lines, and layered materials create a visual narrative of light’s journey, from excitation to interaction with matter.

The open office layout, surrounded by windows providing ample daylight, eliminates hierarchical barriers and encourages fluid communication. Centralized meeting spaces enable quick team interaction, while shadow-like patterns in carpets and lighting elements symbolize light’s transformative energy, resulting in a workspace that embodies innovation and creativity, echoing the client’s dedication to advancing the potential of light.

這次的靈感，其實是來自「光與物質之間的互動」。我們回到業主本身—一個來自光電產業的科技公司，重新思考光的本質。從光的激發、折射、再到與物質產生關係的過程，設計也跟著進行一場關於光的實驗。

整體空間裡，光線成為主角。穿透感強烈的玻璃、斜角線條與層層堆疊的材質語彙，就像在講述一段「光的旅程」，從能量的釋放，到與空間產生交集。辦公區以開放式布局為主，讓自然光最大程度進入室內，打破了傳統職場裡的階層關係，也鼓勵彼此之間更自然的溝通與互動。

會議區被安排在空間中央，是像節點一樣的存在，讓團隊在移動過程中就能即時碰面、討論。而地毯與燈光中，那些若有似無的影子感，則象徵光能轉換的過程，也呼應品牌一直以來對於「光的潛力」不斷探索的精神。

這不只是一個辦公空間，更是一種將科技語言轉譯為設計語彙的過程—我們試著用空間來回應「什麼是光的未來」。
